We provide encouragement, community, and structure to Christian families in their homeschools. All of our classes are taught with a biblical worldview. Our integrated humanities curriculum leans heavily on the principles of classical education, along with a Charlotte Mason influence in the younger grades.
Our program consists of two days: Thursday: Students meet in humanities classes from 9:00-2:00. Subjects include Bible, literature & composition, grammar & vocabulary, history & geography, and logic.
Tuesday: Students participate in science, Spanish, and/or math. Each year we plan to add science and math courses according to our high school course guide.
Our high school class is open to students in grades 9-12, but will have mostly ninth graders in the class this first year. The curriculum is written for grades 9-12; some assignments will differ slightly depending on the grade level. We will start with Year A (American history) in 2023-24, and then in 2024-25 move to Year B. Students will be able to earn most of the core credits for graduation at Veritas. Click hereto learn more!
