Welcome to High School Spanish 1! This year we will be learning Spanish 1 with a full high school level curriculum by BJUPress. We will use the textbook, activities booklet and a variety of classroom activities to build your student’s Spanish language acquisition. The very best way to learn a language is through immersion, so our class will strive to use Spanish as much as possible. This may be challenging at first, but it will be worth it!
Students will be expected to spend 45 minutes- 1 hour, 3x per week, completing their weekly assignment sheet and practicing vocabulary. In order to aquire Spanish, it is vital that time is spent outside the classroom practicing vocabulary, grammar and listening skills. Click on the appropriate chapter and then activity to find the audio file needed.
